Fredag (och mera strumpor)

För övrigt så traskade maken nyss iväg med en ryggsäck full med kräftor, öl och Skåne på väg mot en båttripp med gamla kompisar. Och här sitter jag och sorterar (och fotograferar!) strumpor. Oerhört tragiskt. Life sucks.

Fredagsmiddag:

Morötter, fänkål, rotselleri och rödlök i ugn, med feta, haloumi och oliver. (Tack för bearnaisepåminnelsen, Johan. Det gjorde det hela lite mindre nyttigt.)

Middagen:

Helstekt fläskfilé med Lallerstedts äpple & curry-, peppar- och bearnaisesås (alltså tre olika såser. Inte en äpplecurrypepparbearnaisesås, även om det kanske hade varit gott, vem vet?) Broccoli och potatiskroketter till det.

Grillkorv till småbarnen.

Fredagsdrinken:

Absolut, Bols Crème de Banana, Licor 43, Sourz Red Berry (alt. Sourz Tropical Blue), mangojuice och Sprite.
